Our client, a leading provider of cloud solutions and services, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Executive to drive new business growth in the UK. With a focus on Cloud, this role requires someone adept at generating new logos and cultivating lasting client relationships. This role will be focussed on the Financial Services vertical.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new business for cloud solutions and services, with a focus on AWS/Azure offerings
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, nurturing leads through the full sales cycle
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through proactive prospecting, presentations, and deal closure
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and high client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, particularly within AWS, to provide clients with the latest insights and solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in cloud sales
- Must have worked in companies that have sold cloud services and be competent in solution based selling
- Strong track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and travel to the Manchester office twice per month
- Preferably some experience selling into Public Sector
