The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
As a Client Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and expand your assigned client accounts by driving long-term renewals and collaborating with the Client Development Director to introduce and grow new service offerings. You will work to improve the overall client Net Promoter Score (NPS) within your designated accounts and proactively manage any potential client churn. Your role will also ensure a seamless experience for clients in terms of incremental sales orders, delivery, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Account Development Plan process for designated regional accounts.
- Develop and utilize Account Based Marketing strategies to increase awareness and identify opportunities within the client base, holding accountable the relevant delivery functions.
- Work closely with the Sales, Client Service Management, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Take responsibility for client contract accuracy, ensuring that contracts reflect the services provided, supported, and billed.
- Mitigate potential client churn by monitoring satisfaction and proactively addressing issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.

- Handle confidential and sensitive data in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate:

- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-impact relationships with clients, advocating for long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Excellent client service mindset with strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
