Overview
Our placements provide an opportunity to really learn how a business works. During your placement you will be hands on from day one, actively involved in business projects and your experience and knowledge will be utilised and strengthened during the 13 months with us. You\’ll be based in our Weymouth office, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to real business outcomes. We have an opportunity for you to join this incredible business and have an active role in our Projects & Processes team. This team plays a key role in driving continuous improvement, operational excellence and improving how we work across departments.
Responsibilities
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives across the business.
- Supporting project planning, scheduling and reporting of activities.
- Managing clear and focused communication to business stakeholders.
- Helping with the management of risks, issues and opportunities associated with project delivery.
- Learning how to apply structured project management tools and techniques in a real-world setting.
Qualifications
- A strong interest in project management, business operations or process improvement.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- A methodical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Confidence using tools like Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
