The National Logistics Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the National Logistics Team. The primary focus of this role is supporting the Senior National Logistics Coordinator with the Amazon account, ensuring all purchase orders are handled efficiently and in compliance with vendor requirements. The role also supports order processing, ensuring seamless coordination between internal departments and external logistics carriers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the processing and fulfilment of Amazon purchase orders, ensuring accurate data entry, scheduling, delivery booking and compliance with Amazon requirements.
- Process national and e‑commerce sales orders, including stock transfers, and delivery scheduling across internal and external warehouses to meet customer timelines and compliance requirements.
- Generate compliant labelling and delivery documentation in line with Amazon and national account specifications.
- Maintain and update open order books to provide real‑time status reports on all pending deliveries.
- Assist in the administration and investigation of Amazon chargebacks and shortage claims, preparing documentation for dispute resolution and supporting the Senior National Logistics Coordinator.
- Conduct regular reviews of Amazon and national account delivery manuals to ensure consistent operational compliance.
- Liaise closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure fulfilment accuracy and proactively address any operational challenges.
- Identify and document non‑compliance issues, contributing to problem logs and assisting with corrective actions to maintain high service standards.

- Provide operational cover for the National Logistics team during peak demand or staff absence periods.
- Maintain high office standards and contribute to effective housekeeping within the department.
