Job Summary
Responsible for driving brand growth through the development and delivery of integrated PR and marketing plans. This role supports flagship portfolios and specialist categories ensuring asmodee maintains a market‑leading presence.
Key Accountabilities:
- Overall performance and growth of assigned brand portfolios.
- Supporting the creation of brand strategies and tactics for selected IPs.
- Effective execution of end‑to‑end marketing campaigns.
- Supporting and delivering agency KPIs to ensure maximum ROI.
- Implement specialist category plans to align with broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with day‑to‑day management of the PR agency (Stripe), ensuring high‑quality output and coverage.
- Development and execution of 360‑degree marketing for selected IPs.
- Support brand management initiatives for flagship titles and specialist hobby categories.
- Support and coordinate PR‑led experiential marketing activations to increase brand engagement.
- Collaborate with internal, Group and Studio teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Provide support and backup for the events team.
- Attend events and external meetings as appropriate.
What are we looking for
- Degree in Marketing or related field (Desirable).
- 2‑3 years of experience in a Marketing or Brand Management role.
- Proven track record in supporting / managing PR agencies and integrated campaigns.
- Experience in supporting / managing diverse portfolios, preferably within the games or hobby industry.
- Strong understanding of 360 marketing principles and experiential execution.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel in the UK and abroad as required.
- High level of initiative and a self‑starter mindset.
- Strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
