Job Summary
This role promotes and supports hobby retailers in all Organised Play activities and includes coordinating distribution of Organised Play materials to retailers.
What does this role Involve
Key Accountabilities
- Communications to customers
- Promote key Organised Play Programs to all parties
- Oversee fulfilment of Organised Play programmes to deadline
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
- Communication with Organised Play material suppliers and with internal departments responsible for ordering and distributing these materials
Key Responsibilities
- Support stores in the successful sign up, running and reporting of OP programs
- Accurate communications to customer
- Support the Organised Play Manager in liaising with key suppliers and licence holders to ensure OP activities meet their brand guidelines & reporting
- Assist in fulfilment of event material to deadline
- Ensuring event and customer data is recorded accurately
- Collaborating with Purchasing, Sales, Suppliers and Retailers to ensure OP activities are executed correctly and on time
- Coordinate with suppliers for their requirements and establish best practice
- Work with the organised play manager and purchasing team to manage stock requirements in a timely fashion
- Support the sales team with Organised Play Enquiries
