The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Control of inventory accuracy across all listed SKUs and all storage and picking locations.

Planning delivery and receipt of inbound shipments.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Scheduling of inbound deliveries.
  • Responsible for the accurate receipt of product.
  • Planning the material flow of all receipts to pick faces.
  • Stakeholder query resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weekly reporting of inbound delivery schedules to Inventory Manager.
  • ASN updates to enable accurate reporting of inbound dates.
  • Correction of stock holding within pre-defined sign-off limits.
  • Forecast of demand to aid material flow planning.
  • Execution of the material flow plan.
  • Assisting the Key Interface members with stock related queries in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical expertise on SAP and KiSoft with an overall goal of adapting Lean principles and removing waste from processes.
  • Define and maintain a Delegation of Authority matrix for the inbound planning function.
  • Standardise processes and lead the documentation of SOPs.
  • Identify ‘bugs’ in software automations and KiSoft and report as appropriate.
  • Always exhibits the correct behaviours as well as delivering the required results.

What are we looking for:

  • Experience of inbound processes for a warehouse environment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with stock control techniques (preferred).
  • Ability to work autonomously, setting their own targets and goals while accepting ‘big picture’ direction from line manager.
  • Possessing a ‘can-do’ attitude and taking initiative and lead in continual improvements.
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to supporting the changing business needs.
