To be the key point of contact for inbound inquiries, utilising exceptional communication and sales skills to convert leads into successful sales. By providing exceptional customer experiences, understanding customer needs, and recommending tailored space solutions, this is aimed to drive revenue growth.
You will need to:
- Develop a deep understanding of our modular space solutions and their benefits to effectively communicate them to potential customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and sales leads promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about our product range.
- Perform outbound calls to potential customers, introducing Algeco and our range to grow the customer base.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations and transport to ensure the end-to-end process runs timely and successfully.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders, nurturing accounts to drive repeat business and maximise customer satisfaction.
- Effectively utilise CRM systems and sales tools to track sales activity, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrate a strong desire for success, proactively seeking self-improvement and actively participating in sales training and development programmes.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continue to improve knowledge and understanding of the range of stock and services we can provide.
- Handle inbound inquiries and cold leads promptly to customers' requests, queries, or concerns.
- Engage with these potential clients, learning to identify their specific requirements as well as with present Algeco customers to ensure suggested solutions meet their needs.
- Effectively utilise CRM systems and sales tools/trackers, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate and informative records.
