As a Project Manager at Algeco UK, you will oversee project delivery, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure successful outcomes. From planning to handover, you will manage all project aspects, coordinate labour resources, and maintain high standards of health and safety. Your Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end Project Management: Take charge of all project aspects, from order receipt to client handover and site clearance, ensuring seamless execution and remarkable outcomes.
- Customer Engagement: Cultivate productive relationships with key stakeholders, serving as their trusted point of contact throughout the project journey, ensuring satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, aligning with contract goals and objectives, and advise on contractual proposals when needed.
- Resource Coordination: Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to assign and schedule labour resources, both in‑house and subcontractors, ensuring timely and budget‑conscious project execution.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor direct reports and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to help them excel and contribute to project success.
- Technical Expertise: Work closely with the Central Planning Hub and Regional Technical Representatives to develop project plans for Moduflex projects, leveraging your knowledge to optimise efficiency.
- Health, Safety and Quality: Uphold high standards of health and safety on‑site, ensuring the well‑being of team and subcontractors, while maintaining strict quality control throughout the installation process.
- Effective Communication: Clearly communicate project expectations to team members, enabling them to deliver outstanding results on time and with precision.
- Customer Service Excellence: Resolve issues promptly and collaborate with the Regional Team to ensure quick and efficient solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, seeking innovative solutions to exceed customer satisfaction and enhance Algeco UK's reputation.
