The Area Sales Manager at Advanté is responsible for driving hire revenue and market growth within a defined geographic area.

The role focuses on winning new business, developing strong client relationships, and maximising repeat hire through excellent customer service and product knowledge.

This role requires a highly motivated sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, a commercial mindset, and a solid understanding of the welfare and accommodation sector.

  • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly hire targets for welfare units within the assigned area.
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities with main contractors, house builders, infrastructure clients, power and defence sector and utility companies.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support sustained revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Develop new accounts and manage client relationships for the first 12 months from initial order.
  • Re-engage former clients and maximise repeat business.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face client meetings, both office and site-based, to maintain strong relationships and understand customer needs.
  • Sales Proposals & Tendering
  • Prepare and present accurate quotes, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Clearly demonstrate return on investment (ROI) and environmental benefits of products.
  • Negotiate terms in line with company pricing and commercial guidelines.
  • Product Demonstration & Knowledge
  • Conduct site visits and product demonstrations, including telemetry, carbon savings, and solar units.
  • Maintain full and up-to-date product knowledge to support confident and effective selling.
  • Maintain targeted number of accurate sales forecasts, client records, and activity reports using the company CRM system.
  • Ensure all database and customer information is kept up to date and accurate.
  • Follow company processes, standards, and compliance requirements at all times.
