PURPOSE
Take charge of our customer ledgers to maximise cash collection and minimise bad debts, ensuring financial health and growth. Engage with internal and external customers to build and maintain strong, productive relationships, contributing to our dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Algeco UK is the leader in modular accommodation not only in the UK but around the world. We provide more buildings for hire than anyone else, including modular buildings for sale and rent, and off-site permanent buildings for sale for temporary, semi-permanent and permanent use.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively engage with customers to secure timely payments and address overdue invoices, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to swiftly resolve customer queries, enhancing customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Manage customer correspondence meticulously, maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts.
- Work closely with team members to provide robust support and drive the achievement of business goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Experience working as a Credit Controller is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Get Paid software is an advantage.
- Polite yet firm telephone manner.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
