The Area Sales Manager at Advanté is responsible for driving hire revenue and market growth within a defined geographic area. The role focuses on winning new business, developing strong client relationships, and maximising repeat hire through excellent customer service and product knowledge. This role requires a highly motivated sales professional with strong relationship‑building skills, a commercial mindset, and a solid understanding of the welfare and accommodation sector.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly hire targets for welfare units within the assigned area.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities with main contractors, house builders, infrastructure clients, power and defence sector and utility companies.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support sustained revenue growth.
- Develop new accounts and manage client relationships for the first 12 months from initial order.
- Re-engage former clients and maximise repeat business.
- Conduct regular face‑to‑face client meetings, both office and site‑based, to maintain strong relationships and understand customer needs.
- Prepare and present accurate quotes, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Clearly demonstrate return on investment (ROI) and environmental benefits of products.
- Negotiate terms in line with company pricing and commercial guidelines.
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations, including telemetry, carbon savings, and solar units.
- Maintain full and up‑to‑date product knowledge to support confident and effective selling.
- Maintain targeted number of accurate sales forecasts, client records, and activity reports using the company CRM system.
- Ensure all database and customer information is kept up to date and accurate.
- Follow company processes, standards, and compliance requirements at all times.
