You’ll join an embedded delivery team supporting the rollout and ongoing evolution of a healthcare SaaS platform used by one of the UK’s largest private healthcare organizations. This role will collaborate closely with both client stakeholders and the broader healthtech ecosystem based in London’s Harley Street Health District.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, technically curious implementation specialist to support the rollout and ongoing optimization of a healthcare SaaS platform used by enterprise clients. This role partners closely with Product, Development, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable platform configurations using low-code/no-code tools. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, testing, process improvement, and ongoing platform optimization in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- Execute and maintain client platform configurations
- Use Jira to report configuration bugs and communicate client change requests
- Run end-to-end configuration testing, partnering closely with Development to resolve issues
- Develop clear documentation and training resources for internal teams and client stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to streamline or templatize common client configurations
- Provide client feedback to the Product Manager to improve configuration tools and usability
3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, product operations, platform configuration, or related client-facing technical roles.
Comfortable leading live training sessions.
Strong project management, communication, and technical skills with the ability to manage client engagements and internal stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
