You’ll join an embedded delivery team supporting the rollout and ongoing evolution of a healthcare SaaS platform used by one of the UK’s largest private healthcare organizations. This role will collaborate closely with both client stakeholders and the broader healthtech ecosystem based in London’s Harley Street Health District.
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, collaborative Delivery Lead to help drive the successful delivery and ongoing evolution of a healthcare SaaS platform for enterprise clients. This role combines product ownership, project delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.
You’ll work closely with engineers, product specialists, client stakeholders, and ASMBL leadership to prioritize work, manage delivery timelines, remove blockers, and ensure successful client outcomes. This role is accountable for driving successful delivery outcomes across cross-functional teams while maintaining strong alignment with client stakeholders and business priorities. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and driving alignment across both internal teams and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day delivery coordination across product, engineering, and implementation workstreams
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand business priorities, requirements, and delivery goals
- Translate client and operational needs into actionable priorities, requirements, and delivery plans
- Support backlog prioritization and delivery planning in partnership with Product and Engineering
- Facilitate requirements gathering, planning, refinement, and cross-functional delivery discussions
- Manage delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers, delivery risks, and competing priorities
- Act as the voice of the client and end user, balancing business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
- Ensure alignment between client expectations, project scope, and delivery execution
- Coordinate successful onboarding, rollout, and ongoing platform enhancements across cross-functional teams
- Communicate delivery progress, priorities, and risks clearly to both client stakeholders and internal leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, collaboration, and operational efficiency
