About the Role
This is a Level 2 apprenticeship opportunity, combining hands‑on warehouse experience with structured training and development. As a Warehouse Operative Apprentice at ASM, you’ll gain practical experience as part of our Logistics and Warehouse team, developing the skills needed to build a successful career in operations. You’ll support day‑to‑day warehouse activities while learning how to work efficiently, safely, and accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing inbound goods and storing them correctly
- Picking and preparing stock for customer orders
- Packing and dispatching goods for transportation
- Using courier systems and completing relevant documentation
- Supporting stock checks to maintain accuracy
- Assisting with warehouse organisation, housekeeping, and product rotation
- Learning and contributing to process improvements within the team
- Working towards achieving warehouse performance targets
