Role and responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers to provide pre and post-sales support, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Qualify customer opportunities. Source solutions and engage with suppliers for run rate products / software / services.
- Provide accurate quotes to customers.
- Act as a key point of contact and ensure orders are processed accurately and in line with contractual SLAs.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback, address inquiries, and provide solutions.
- Monitor and expedite client orders to ensure delivery within client SLAs, resolving any delivery issues ensuring the customer is informed as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with internal best practice processes.
- Work in collaboration with internal departments such as finance, logistics, sales and purchasing.
- To undertake additional duties that may be required from time to time.

- Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
