THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Fee Earner to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established firm that prides itself on delivering high-quality legal services, excellent client care, and a supportive team culture.
In this role, you will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients. You will work closely with colleagues, clients, and third parties to provide expert advice and maintain the firm’s strong reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Conducting property searches and investigations to identify any potential issues.
- Keeping clients updated throughout the process and providing expert guidance when needed.
- Maintaining accurate records using the firms case management system.

- Experience in residential conveyancing with the ability to manage your own caseload.

This role is offered on a Hybrid basis from our office in Sheffield.
