The Role

We are looking for a Litigation Assistant to join our busy London Personal Injury Team. This is a critical support role that will involve working closely with fee earners to assist with the procedural and administrative aspects of casework. You will gain hands on experience in a litigation focused environment and be involved in supporting up to three fee earners on a variety of personal injury cases. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop in a legal environment with exposure to all aspects of case management and court work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients, experts, and third parties playing a key role in building each case
  • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
  • Manage and organise case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date
  • Conduct basic legal research and help with the collation of evidence
  • Monitor key deadlines and ensure timely task completion
  • Support fee earners with diary management and hearing preparations
  • Input and maintain accurate information on case management systems
  • Provide administrative and procedural support to fee earners handling personal injury cases

  • Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced legal team

Working Arrangements: Based in our London office, with hybrid working options available. Full-time role with core office hours.
