THE ROLE
The Receptionist is responsible for providing office support and completing administrative tasks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle multiple projects and assist staff accordingly
- Answer incoming calls to Cowboys Club
- Provide customer service to guests arriving at the club
- Assist with general front office management issues as needed
- Perform tasks related to accounting, scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping
- Manage general office duties such as postage/shipping, telephones, and other equipment
- Coordinate scheduling and other administrative functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Trustworthiness and honest communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and learn from experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Availability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan.
