Position
Bartender — Cowboys Club (Private Members Club)
Department: Food and Beverage
FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt
Role
This position is responsible for the overall accurate service and accounting of all transactions of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including inventory.
Responsibilities
- Setup, cleanliness, and breakdown of the assigned bar area.
- Maintain recipe knowledge, proper ringing of all products, and cash and credit card handling.
- Provide a fun, friendly, and exciting experience for all guests to uphold standards for proper service of alcohol as set forth by Legends Hospitality and TABC.
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year experience in a high volume bar
- Must have a current T.A.B.C. certification
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds without aid
- Must be able to stand for an extended period of time without aid
- Must be able to read, write and speak in English
- Menu planning and development
- Must be able to stand or walk for varying length of time
- Must be available to work an irregular schedule
- Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year experience in a high-volume bar
Compensation
