About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Premium Seating as an integral part of the team the role is to support sales, plan, fulfil, deliver and execute delivery of hospitality/premium for all events across all products and premium spaces contributing to a world class experience for all of our customers at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:
- You will support planning, collating and processing information for all premium spaces, giving a world-class service to our customers both in the lead up to a show and on show days to deliver a seamless experience.
- Work closely with all other departments (F&B, Marketing, Ticketing and Operations) to ensure a smooth and effective process for the delivery of shows.
- Work side by side with our premium team to ensure all client fulfilment is met for every event.
- Support all teams with new technology coming into the department, ensuring a smooth transition for the team and our customers.
- Track and upload daily sales reports from our platforms, monitoring inventory
- Assist the welcome team on show nights and be confident to sort out any customer issues.
- Understand and learn the premium ticketing function to support the team with ticket distribution when necessary.
- Manage the production and issuing of all lanyards and support with accreditation for all shows.
- Produce and issue event function sheets and other premium event-related administrative tasks.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support and promote premium packages on social media platforms.
- Assist the team with the requirements for internal events, including networking and delivery of these events.
- Any other duties required by the Head of Premium Seating and Hospitality Development.
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Experience of working in a customer facing role gained from a retai/hospitality/events business - Essential
- Ability to create and manage excellent customer relationships.
- Ability to work with some direction and to use own initiative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to problem solve where necessary.
- Proficient in the use of Excel and Microsoft Outlook and Powerpoint
- Previous use of ticketing systems is an advantage.
- An understanding of social media in a professional environment.
