This is an exciting opportunity to join the team within one of the UK’s most modern and professional vehicle salvage agents and parts recyclers based in Thame, Oxford.
Key duties:
- Dealing with enquiries from members of the public and the motor trade who are looking to buy car spares and other associated items.
Key skills:
- A basic working knowledge of motor vehicles.
- Previous motor trade experience would be a distinct advantage (but is not essential).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Payment handling abilities, including making sure that all cash & card transactions are processed in line with company procedures.
- Being a team player with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Basic IT skills - Training on internal systems will be provided as required.
The successful candidate must be reliable, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a busy fast-moving environment.
Details:
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (4:45pm on Fridays)
- Rate of pay: The starting salary is £26k + Monthly Bonus. The salary is dependent upon experience and reviewed once the 3-month probationary period has been successfully completed.
