Clarion Corvus Trust is seeking to appoint a Family Support Worker to work at South Norfolk Federation (Manor Field Infant & Nursery and Aslacton Primary Schools) to provide support to pupils and their families. You will provide family support interventions and activities, work with the pastoral team to provide advice on parenting skills, improving attendance, targeted individual support to families and signposting families to targeted services.

We are looking for someone who understands and enjoys working with young people, is well organised, flexible, adaptable and enjoys variety in your work. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate pupils and parents, to gain their respect. You will need a high level of personal emotional regulation; however, the post does offer therapeutic supervision.
