A motivated financial accountant is required for our award-winning Sunday Times Fast Track 100 engineering client. In return there is an excellent salary circa £35k-£45k+ plus excellent benefits including an annual company bonus, generous holidays and an excellent contributory pension scheme in a well-established reputable growing company. Due to internal promotion, this financial accountancy role offers a great permanent career opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified accountant with experience.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Accountancy qualifications: ACCA or CIMA, fully qualified accountant or part qualified accountant with good financial accounting experience
  • Strong Excel experience, numeracy and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • SAP systems experience is desirable, good experience in any accountancy software is essential
  • Accountancy experience ideally with fixed assets (worked in companies that sell actual products, e.g., engineering, manufacturing or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written and interpersonal with good time management skills
