Full Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm
We seek a hands-on Estate Maintenance Team Member to join a busy team and helping maintain a unique portfolio of residential, agricultural and commercial properties.
Reporting to the Estate Foreman, you'll have a varied, practical role covering:
- General building and carpentry repairs
- Planned and reactive estate maintenance
- Refurbishment and improvement projects
- Working with external contractors
- Liaising with tenants and the wider residential community
We're looking for someone with plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance experience, a proactive attitude and strong practical skills. You'll need to be a confident communicator, reliable team player and hold a full UK driving licence. You should have recognised industry qualifications in carpentry, plumbing and building but time spent in role experience is also considered. You will have use of a company vehicle in work time therefore if you are over 21 with a full, clean driving license. This is a very unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about a job well done and will go the extra mile to make sure something is perfect!

This client will be holding a 2 stage interview process, the first will be a formal interview and the second an on site tour and practical discussion around skills and experience. The anticipated time to hire for this role is 4 weeks.
