Full Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm We seek a hands-on Estate Maintenance Team Member to join a busy team and helping maintain a unique portfolio of residential, agricultural and commercial properties. Reporting to the Estate Foreman, you'll have a varied, practical role covering: General building and carpentry repairs Planned and reactive estate maintenance Refurbishment and improvement projects Working with external contractors Liaising with tenants and the wider residential community We're looking for someone with plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance experience, a proactive attitude and strong practical skills. You'll need to be a confident communicator, reliable team player and hold a full UK driving licence. You should have recognised industry qualifications in carpentry, plumbing and building but time spent in role experience is also considered. You will have use of a company vehicle in work time therefore candidates should apply if you are over 21 with a full, clean driving license.
