ASL Technical are working in partnership with a respected specialist automotive garage to recruit a Car Sales & Customer Experience Executive. This role would suit an enthusiastic, motivated individual at the early stages of their career who is passionate about cars and keen to develop their skills within a specialist automotive environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across customer service, vehicle sales, and showroom operations, with clear scope for progression.
The Role
- Welcoming customers to the showroom and assisting with day-to-day customer enquiries
- Supporting the vehicle sales process, from initial enquiry through to handover
- Learning how to match customer requirements to suitable vehicles
- Assisting with vehicle presentations, photography, test drive arrangements, and sales administration
- Building relationships with customers, including enthusiast and high-value clients
- Acting as a point of contact between customers and the workshop to ensure clear communication and prioritisation of vehicles
- Providing customers with updates on vehicle preparation, servicing, or repairs
- Assisting with social media activity, promoting vehicles for sale, recent work, and showroom activity
- Handling enquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Supporting general showroom administration and organisation
Candidate Profile
- Is a genuine car enthusiast with a strong interest in the automotive industry
- Is looking to build a long-term career in automotive sales or customer experience
- Has strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Is organised, eager to learn, and takes pride in delivering good customer service
- Is comfortable using social media and basic IT systems
