Automotive Paint Sprayer – Prestige, Restoration & Supercar Experience Wanted
ASL Technical is recruiting for an experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer to join a specialist vehicle manufacturer and restoration business working on some of the finest vehicles in the automotive industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes genuine pride in producing exceptional paint finishes and enjoys working on high-value vehicles where quality is always the priority over production volume. Whether your background is in supercars, classic vehicle restoration, motorsport, carbon fibre components or bespoke automotive projects, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
Working within a highly skilled team, you'll be responsible for preparing and painting a wide variety of specialist automotive components and complete vehicles, ensuring every finish meets the highest cosmetic standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing panels and components for paint
- Priming, masking and refinishing body panels
- Applying high-quality basecoat and clearcoat finishes
- Painting composite and carbon fibre components
- Colour matching and blending where required
- Inspecting finished work to ensure flawless presentation
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
We're Looking For
You'll ideally have experience in one or more of the following:
- Prestige or supercar manufacturers
- Classic or high-end vehicle restoration
- Motorsport or race vehicle preparation
- Carbon fibre and composite component refinishing
- Luxury vehicle accident repair centres
- Bespoke automotive manufacturing
You'll also possess:
- Excellent attention to detail
- A passion for producing outstanding paint finishes
- The ability to work to exceptionally high quality standards
