This is your opportunity to work at the forefront of advanced materials and precision engineering, contributing to the production of world-class road car components.
We are looking for skilled Composite Laminators who are passionate about quality, innovation, and craftsmanship. The advertised rates are PAYE as the role is inside IR35. Holiday pay is equivalent to 25 days per year plus 8 days bank holiday plus auto enrol pension.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Composite Laminator, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-performance composite components to exacting standards. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, highly skilled team where attention to detail and continuous improvement are key.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manufacture and laminate composite components for road vehicles
- Prepare, maintain, and manufacture moulds
- Perform vacuum bagging and operate mini autoclaves
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Work to demanding deadlines in a performance-driven environment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in composite laminating and trimming or fitting
- Hands-on experience with pre-preg laminating
- Understanding of quality standards and consolidation checks
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manuals
- Skilled in working independently and using initiative
