Our established financial services client is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Deputy Managing Director to partner with their Jersey Managing Director in leading the jurisdiction’s overall performance, growth, governance and operations across private wealth and institutional services. The role will drive strategic execution, financial performance, client service, regulatory compliance and people leadership, working closely with the Board, Executive Committee and senior stakeholders. This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for a proven senior professional with strong fiduciary, operational and commercial expertise. The role offers significant influence across the Jersey business, with the potential to provide a succession pathway to Managing Director.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified professional (Accountancy, Law or Trust/STEP/ICSA)
  • Have 10+ years’ post-qualification experience, including at least five years at Board level
  • Bring a strong understanding of fiduciary and fund services, the relevant regulatory framework, and a proven track record of senior leadership and team development
  • Be proactive
