Our Client is recruiting for a Contract Facilities Operative with experience in Facilities, Removals and Materials handling.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of site facilities, including assisting with removals, handling materials, and ensuring that the environment remains safe and well-organised. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in physical tasks related to facilities and removals. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:
- Previous experience in facilities and maintenance roles
- Background in removals and materials handling
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity
Your duties as a Facilities Operative would be:
- Handling, moving, and organising materials and equipment
- Conducting routine maintenance checks on facilities
- Ensuring health and safety compliance across site activities
- Supporting with general facilities management tasks as required
- General facilities maintenance across many trades
Hours:
- Full-time, temporary contract
- Working hours to be confirmed, typically Monday to Friday
- Flexible shifts may be available depending on operational needs
