Our client is an accommodation provider who are currently looking for a Live-In Housing Manager to join their team on a full-time basis in Worthing, West Sussex. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience within a similar role, possess excellent communication skills and be a strong team player. As a Live-In Housing Manager you will be monitoring the residents, dealing with any calls or alerts as well as maintaining the building safety. This vacancy does require you to have your own transport due to travelling between different properties within Worthing. The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences: Demonstrable experience within a similar role Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with great listening skills Ability to work in a busy and challenging environment Be able to work independently Be computer literate Be patient and empathetic towards people A Full UK Driving License and own transport is essential Your duties as a Live-In Housing Manager will include: Day-to-day management of the accommodation service Visiting and managing other company properties within the area when required Health and Safety checks Dealing with the calls and visits Consistent communication (verbal and written) with the residents and agencies Building maintenance checks and housekeeping Salary and Benefits: £26,000 per annum Fully comprehensive health cover Live In accommodation: The successful candidate will be provided with a self-contained Managers unit (Rent and Utilities are included) Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week with flexible hours (no set shift rota) Hours will include evenings and weekends Permanent Location: Worthing, West Sussex Start Date: ASAP
