Our client is an established air conditioning and refrigeration company based in Hampshire. They are currently looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience as a refrigeration engineer
  • Relevant industry qualifications
  • F-Gas category 1 certification
  • Good electrical and mechanical knowledge
  • Ability to fault-find and problem-solve effectively
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage workload efficiently
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Your duties as a Refrigeration Engineer would include:

  • Installation, servicing, maintenance and repairing of refrigeration systems
  • Undertaking fault finding and diagnostics on a variety of HVAC and refrigeration equipment
  • Working on systems including split systems, VRV/VRF, chillers, cold rooms and all aspects of refrigeration including CO2 and air handling units
  • Completing all work to comply with current health and safety and F-Gas regulations
  • Ensuring job reports and service documentation are accurately completed
  • Providing a high level of customer service and professionalism on-site
  • Participating in an on-call rota

Salary and Rewards Package:

  • Salary: Dependent on Experience
  • Overtime and on-call payments
  • Pension scheme
  • Holiday Entitlement: 20 days (plus bank holidays), increasing annually to a maximum of 28 days
  • Company vehicle, tools and uniform provided
