Business Support & Marketing Officer

Our client a local Housing Company is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware Business Support and Marketing Officer to play a key role in supporting the delivery of the company's housing developments and corporate governance activities.

This varied role sits at the heart of the organisation, operational, financial, marketing, and stakeholder support.

The ideal candidate will work closely with board members, estate agents, marketing consultants, and development partners to ensure the effective operation of the company and successful delivery and sale of new homes.

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experience.

  • Experience in marketing, communications, business support, property sales, housing, or project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, stakeholder engagement, and event coordination.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and creative approach to promoting new housing developments and supporting business growth.

  • Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the coordination and promotion of housing development and supporting marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with marketing agencies, estate agents, and development partners to maximise awareness, generate interest, and support sales activity.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, social media content, website updates, and events.
  • Produce and deliver weekly reports on marketing and sales activity, presenting updates, performance metrics, and recommendations at team meetings.
  • Monitor sales progression and property completions, acting as a key liaison between solicitors and stakeholders.
  • Support the Board and Company Officers through the organisation of meetings, governance activities, and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, consultants, contractors, and local authority representatives to support the successful delivery of housing projects.
  • Assist with financial administration, including invoice processing, reporting support, and contract administration.
  • Manage company records, insurance policies, compliance documentation, and digital filing systems.
