Our client is a manufacturing company who specialise in Electronic manufacturing. They only use services accredited to certified quality standards, and have an excellent team of dedicated staff to keep up their high standards of work. They are currently looking for an Assembly Operative to join their busy and hardworking team.
The ideal Assembly Operative will have demonstrable experience in a similar position, be able to read and follow technical drawings, have a good eye for detail and have excellent communication skills.
As an Assembly Operative you will be:
- Assembling circuit boards
- Checking quality and quantity of work
- Following technical drawings correctly
The ideal Assembly Operative will possess the following skills and qualities:
- Demonstrable experience within a similar position
- Be able to read and follow technical drawings
- Possess a good eye for detail and inspection
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be a strong team player
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety
Your duties as an Assembly Operative would be:
- Assembly of circuit boards
- Soldering duties could be required
- Checking quality and quantity of work
- Following technical drawings correctly
- Maintaining a tidy workspace
- Assisting in other departments as and when required
Salary: Β£12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday β Thursday; 7.30am β 4.30pm, Friday; 7.30am β 1.30pm
Location: Hastings, East Sussex
