Our client is looking for Operations professionals who are fully conversant with managing end-to-end import and export movements, with a particular emphasis on exports, across both air and road freight. Role will involve processing urgent AOG from start to finish working in a fast paced busy environment.
Key requirements include:
- Strong import/export operational experience (exports being the main focus)
- Customs entry experience would be advantageous, although this can be taught to candidates with solid industry knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to respond quickly and professionally to customer emails and operational requirements
- Familiarity with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments and the associated service requirements
Hours are Monday to Friday 1400hrs - 2230hrs. Excellent company and benefits package including enhanced annual leave entitlement - 26 days plus UK bank holidays.
