Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit material and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
- Manage and liaise with M&E subcontractor on M&E work progress on schedule.
- Monitor and supervise work progression, quality control, and ensure that safety regulations are observed.
- Attend all project meetings and progress meetings regarding the master programme schedule.
- Work closely with the project manager and/or engineer to prepare work method statements, risk assessments, and related documentation for the client when requested.
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
- Perform any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Related degree in M&E or trade or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years' experience for main contractor in project management and/or site coordination works for building or civil projects.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
