The Role
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care.
- Support residents with a range of mental health needs, learning disabilities, or complex behaviours.
- Lead shifts, supervise care staff, and contribute to care planning.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
What We're Looking For
- A current NMC registration as RMN or RNLD.
- A passion for person-centred care and a strong understanding of mental health or learning disability nursing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
Eltisley Manor is a 37-bed registered psychiatric nursing care home located near to St-Neots town centre (Cambridgeshire). The building is divided into different specialist areas caring for men and women aged 18+ suffering from enduring mental health issues and for those people nearing the end of their rehabilitation towards independent living. You will work as a valued member of our close-knit, friendly and highly skilled team providing quality care within a caring, considerate environment.
