As a Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD), you will:
- Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care.
- Support residents with a range of mental health needs, learning disabilities, or complex behaviours.
- Lead shifts, supervise care staff, and contribute to care planning.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
What We’re Looking For:
- A current NMC registration as RMN or RNLD.
- A passion for person‑centred care and a strong understanding of mental health or learning disability nursing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

Eltisley Manor is our 37‑bed registered psychiatric nursing care home located near to St Neots town centre (Cambridgeshire). The building is divided into different specialist areas caring for men and women aged 18+ suffering from enduring mental health issues and for those people nearing the end of their rehabilitation towards independent living. You will work as a valued member of our close knit, friendly and highly skilled team providing quality care within a caring, considerate environment.
