Team Leader / Assistant Team Leader - King's Trust Team Programme

Askham Bryan College is looking for enthusiastic and inspiring Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders to support the delivery of the King's Trust Team Programme across West Yorkshire.
About the role
You'll work with young people aged 16-25, helping them build confidence, develop new skills and move towards employment, education or training.
Your role will include:
- Delivering engaging personal development and employability activities
- Supporting learners one-to-one and in groups
- Helping young people build confidence, resilience and teamwork skills
- Supporting community projects, work placements and employer visits
- Encouraging positive attendance, wellbeing and achievementBuilding relationships with employers and local organisations
- Creating a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where learners can thrive
We're looking for people who have:
- Experience working with young people
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to motivate and inspire others
- Experience in education, youth work, employability or community settings
- A flexible approach, including supporting residential activities and occasional overnight stays
