In this varied role, you'll support key People Services activities including:
- Recruitment administration
- Payroll support
- Learning & development administration
- HR systems and reporting
- Responding to employee and manager queries
- Maintaining accurate records and data
You’ll be the first point of contact for many People Services enquiries, helping to deliver an excellent experience for candidates, colleagues and managers across the College.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with data
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
