Askham Bryan College is seeking a proactive and skilled MIS Administrator (1st Line Application Support) to join our MIS team on a maternity cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong IT, administrative, and customer-focused skills to play a key role in maintaining and developing the College's information and reporting systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line application support across core curriculum and support systems, including ProMonitor and ProSolution.
- Produce accurate data, reports and information, and respond to ad hoc data requests.
- Ensure staff are supported in using MIS systems effectively.
- Assist with system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and liaise with software providers where required.
- Contribute to system development, deliver training to end-users, manage system access and permissions, and support the implementation of new and existing MIS solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date technical skills, ensure GDPR and Data Protection compliance, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent communication and a keen eye for detail.
- Organised, adaptable, and confident working with colleagues at all levels.
- Experience within Further Education, reporting, or working with ProSuite systems is advantageous.
Compensation
£27,270-£29,676 per annum
