About the role:
We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for delivering high quality training for apprentices on programme, to ensure a positive experience and timely achievement of the apprenticeship.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality teaching to an agreed annual caseload.
- Monitor, review and assess an appropriate caseload of apprentices on programme throughout the United Kingdom.
- Engage employers and assist applicants in finding suitable employment.
- Undertake contract set-up visits to employers prior to the enrolment of apprentices.
- Undertake health and safety reviews of employers premises and all related monitoring.
- Plan and deliver induction programmes for all apprentices.
Qualifications
Candidates should be educated to Level 3 or above in a relevant subject with prior experience in Land-based Engineering sectors and grade 4’s in Maths and English. The applicant may also have experience of apprenticeship pathways and relevant industry tickets.
