16β25 through inspiring learning experiences, community projects, work placements and personal development activities.
- What you'll be doing
- Leading and delivering the King's Trust Team Programme
- Supporting learners in classrooms, community projects, employer visits and residential experiences
- Helping young people overcome barriers and achieve their goals
- Building relationships with employers, schools and community partners
- Managing recruitment, enrolment and learner progress
- Ensuring a high-quality learning experience for every student
- Supporting work placements, career development and progression opportunities
- We're looking for someone who has
- Experience working with young people, especially those who may be vulnerable, disadvantaged or disengaged from education
- Knowledge of employability, youth work or personal development programmes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, learner-focused approach
- The ability to motivate, inspire and support others
- A teaching qualification (or relevant experience and willingness to develop)
- Flexibility to support occasional evening, weekend and residential activities
