Weβre looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Health & Safety Manager to join us on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave β and help keep our staff, students and visitors safe and sound across our beautiful land-based college sites πΎπ οΈ
Youβll lead on all aspects of health and safety β from risk assessments and training to fire safety and accident investigations. Youβll be a trusted advisor to colleagues, helping everyone stay up to date and compliant in a supportive, approachable way.
π What weβre looking for:
β NEBOSH qualified (essential)
β Confident in legislation, risk management, and reporting
β Excellent communication and organisation skills
β Able to train and influence across all levels
β Calm, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves
