About the role:
Are you an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys working with people and making things happen behind the scenes? We are looking for an Administrator to join our Adult and Future Skills and Foundation Learning teams to play a key role in supporting learners from their initial enquiry through to successful course completion. You will provide high-quality administrative support to curriculum teams, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of courses and learner services. From supporting student recruitment and engagement activities to coordinating timetabling, meetings, finance processes and curriculum administration, you will be at the heart of a busy and rewarding environment.
We are seeking a confident administrator with:
- Experience working in a busy office or administrative environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- A flexible, team-focused approach.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience of handling enquiries and building positive customer relationships.
