Askews Legal LLP is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join our established team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial property matters, supporting clients across various industries.
- Property Transactions: Manage acquisitions, disposals, and leases of commercial properties, ensuring smooth completion of transactions. Advise landlords and tenants on lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and dilapidations.
- Development Work: Provide legal support on site acquisitions, development agreements, and planning matters. Conduct thorough property searches, title reviews, and risk assessments.
- Finance and Security: Advise on property finance, including secured lending and refinancing transactions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering clear and commercially focused legal advice.
