We are retained to recruit for this exciting opportunity to join a highly successful and established automotive finance business as a Regional Sales Manager leading a small team of Area Sales Managers covering the North of England and Scotland.

Core areas of focus are winning new business, expanding existing dealer relationships and supporting your team in their activities to deliver on regional sales targets.

This is a hands-on leadership role carrying a personal target for new business and retention of the larger dealer accounts across the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive new business growth both through the team and your personal contribution.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key dealer groups and strategic accounts.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Area Sales Managers.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services.
  • Produce accurate pipeline forecasting and sales reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
