NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – AUTOMOTIVE FLEET

OTE £90-100k

KEY HEADLINES

  • Salary in range £55k-65k
  • Uncapped bonuses to £25k at target level and £35k at stretch target level
  • Car or Car Allowance

  • Flexible location as this is a field based role – Midlands preferred but flexible

THE PERFORMANCE PROFILE OF THE ROLE

The key things you'll enjoy delivering in the role and have a proven record of achieving are:

  • Working with prospects from a variety of industry sectors with annual spends of between £100k and £5m.
  • Developing a prospect pipeline across the first 12 months in the role of between £8-10m.
  • Closing business from within that pipeline to the value of £1 – 1.5m.
  • Working with CRM and Business Information sources such as HubSpot, Creditsafe or similar.

THE PROVEN SKILLS AND ABILITIES YOU WILL HAVE

  • A proven new business hunter in B2B solutions with a passion for forging new relationships.
  • A proven record of generating and closing opportunities with corporate clients
  • A self-starter, comfortable working remotely and managing their diary effectively.
  • Demonstrable ability to plan effectively and ensure time is managed efficiently.
