  • Managing full bid lifecycles from opportunity through to submission.
  • Coordinating and producing high-quality PQQs, ITTs and tender responses.
  • Leading bid planning meetings and manage contributions from technical and commercial teams.
  • Maintaining and develop the bid library, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant and effective.
  • Monitoring bid performance, identify opportunities for improvement and provide meaningful reporting.

About You

  • An organised, commercially minded Bid Manager with experience of managing complex tenders from start to finish.
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines with confidence.
  • Experience of PQQs, ITTs and formal procurement processes
  • APMP membership (or a desire to achieve it) would also be advantageous.
